Anime Collect started in 2015. We began as collectors, selling resin statues and Banpresto figures to a small circle of fans. Ten years later, we’re still focused on the same niche: quality anime pieces, honest timelines, and clear communication. We are an oversea agent working with well established studios, selling Limited-run of custom resin statues. Delivering quality art collectibles to all the fans.
Most statues are made to order. When you place a pre-order, the studio begins production, then ships to our warehouse before we send it to you. Timelines vary by studio and can shift. We’ll keep the product pages updated with the best estimates we have.
We offer free shipping, it typically takes about 1-2 months door to door. In case of something arrives damaged, replacement parts are provided by the original studios in China. We will request parts on your behalf when possible, but availability depends on the studio.

We offer a sourcing service, by search the Asian market for the statue you want. Pre-owned pieces often offer better availability and prices.
We cannot guarantee authenticity. We request original packaging, a COA, photos or video, and seller proof of purchase, but we ultimately rely on the seller’s documentation.
For sourced items we cannot provide compensation, replacement parts, or after-sales support if an item arrives damaged or with missing parts. By using this service, you accept this RISK and agree NOT to open disputes or chargebacks for such issues.
On request, our warehouse can inspect the item on arrival, send photos or video, and repackage it securely before shipping.
In-stock orders
If your item is in stock, we dispatch your order within 2–4 business days. If we miss that window, we’ll issue a full refund and add a $20 coupon to your next order.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders ship after the studio finishes production, QC, and packaging tests. If packaging isn’t protective enough, we may arrange new foam or add extra padding, which can add time before dispatch. As soon as the item reaches us and passes checks, we ship it. Thanks for your patience.
We do ship worldwide, however NOT every country gets FREE Shipping as some remote areas are not covered by our economic shipping routes and we would have to send the parcels using more expensive carriers such as FEDEX, DHL and Aramex. These cost significantly more however the delivery time is also faster like 1-2 weeks.

As stated in our Refunds, Returns and Order Policy at checkout:
"Resin is fragile. Minor clean snaps or small paint marks can often be fixed with glue and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or compensation" and "We do not provide after-sales support for LED issues."
For major damage, we will request replacement parts from the studio. In some cases we may replace the entire statue or offer a partial refund.
Please note that we act as a sales agent for the studio. We are not the manufacturer. While damage can occur outside our control, we work with the studio to resolve issues and make the experience as smooth as possible.

Online shopping that really is convenient
Anime Collect is an authorized agent for custom anime resin statues, working directly with brands such as YunQi, Infinite and Last Sleep studios . Our goal is to bring sought-after resin pieces to fans around the world, with clear info, fair terms, and careful handling from reservation to delivery. The shop is simple to use: search by character, statue name, brand, or franchise, or filter by scale, brand, franchise, and price. Pay with major cards, PayPal, or a payment plan. Pre-orders are straightforward too, reserve early, place a small deposit or select a Payment Plan. Any outstanding balance has to be paid before shipment. Release dates come from the studios and can change, and we update product pages as soon as timelines move.
Order fulfillment
Resin statues are fragile, we try our best to pack them with foam, corner protection, and double boxes for larger pieces. Shipping is reliable and transparent, with tracking sent when your order leaves our warehouse. We offer FREE SHIPPING to EU countries, the USA, Canada, Australia, East Asia, and Southeast Asia, and we cover customs duties and taxes for most of these destinations. Product pages show official images and, when available, in-hand photos, along with honest ETAs so you can plan without guesswork. If you’re looking for a specific statue, tell us and we’ll try to source it.
After-sales service
It's common that things may arrive damaged, as they are for weeks in transit. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange replacement parts or another solution that makes sense. After-sales support runs for 3 months after the statue’s release date; during that window we handle parts and fixes and ship replacement parts fast and free. For In Stock products which are delivered after that period we will still help where we can, but studios may have limited spare parts or charge for replacements, and any factory or studio fees would be billed to you.
