Product disclaimers

  1. Resin is fragile. Minor clean snaps or small paint marks can often be fixed with glue and are NOT eligible for refund, exchange, or compensation.
  2. If the studio cannot replace the part or item, we may offer a partial refund
  3. Damage or destruction caused by customs is outside our control. We can only request replacements if available.
  4. No after-sales support for LED issues.
  5. Final products may differ slightly from prototype images.

Returns and refunds

  1. Returns are accepted only for items that are brand new, unopened, and unassembled.
  2. Provide photo and video proof before sending the item back.
    Return shipping to CHINA is the buyer’s responsibility.
  3. Pre-ordered resin items are not eligible for refunds. They are made to order.

Pre-order cancellations

  1. Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable once submitted to the studio.
    Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.
  2. We can cancel only if your order has not been submitted to the studio yet.
  3. If you made full payment and pre-orders are already closed, the deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining amount can be refunded on request.
  4. Payment platform fees are non-refundable.
  5. If a studio fails to refund us despite our efforts, we may be unable to refund payments already passed to the studio.

Shipping

  1. Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-receipt or non-collection, you must pay to re-ship.
  2. Address changes must be requested by email. Updating your account address does not change existing orders.

Damage on arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will check with the studio for a replacement part or a replacement if available, but this is not guaranteed. Chances are slim to none for statues released over 3 months ago.
